Canoe Canada 2012 Project Partners Confirmed.Read more
The Canadian Canoe Foundation partners with environmental partners organizations (e.g., CPAWS Chapters, Riverkeeper Programs) to engage our Future Leaders in their conservation campaigns. Through this process, our Future Leaders work to educate and motivate their communities about environmental issues in their watershed and what ordinary citizens can do to be a part of the solution (e.g., volunteering with a local ENGO, reduce water-use, shoreline clean-up).
The CCF was recently designated a strategic partner of Paddle Canada (PC), a national organization made up of provincial and territorial paddling associations. PC’s paddling associations arrange canoe instruction courses at the start of our canoe trip learning adventures. Accordingly, our Future Leaders learn proper canoeing techniques and spread the message that safe outdoor adventures should start with certified instruction.
Please see our List of Canoe Canada 2012 Projects and Partnering Organizations for details regarding our partnerships across the country.
Please contact us to discuss how your organization's could partner with the Canadian Canoe Foundation in order to promote environmental conservation and safe outdoor adventures.
